Cuban Black Beans

It's very rare that I plan out a meal and it's side dishes. Usually I pick out the main dish and sides come together based on what I have in the fridge. Chickpea Gumbo

This was one of those surprising meals. I found the recipe online thinking it sounded pretty good, but I was still a little skeptical.  The recipe was easy and I liked that.
